Things continue to heat up this week as Chris Brown and Tyga promote their new mixtape, Fan Of A Fan 2.
Even though the first single “Ayo” has been getting a lot of attention, it seems like their personal life is getting even more.
The two stopped by New York radio station Hot 97 yesterday and talked about Drake, Kylie Jenner, Kanye West and Amber Rose.
Chris Brown on his relationship with Karrueche and trying not to cheat:
“The hardest part honestly is trying to keep a monogamous relationship, but also still wanting to be the 25–year–old sex symbol.
Because at the end of the day, all my music appeals to my female audience.
But you go to shows, & you might walk past Trey Songz’s room, or somebody room, and you might see about six or seven of them thangs.
And I be like ‘Dang, I just wanna slide in there and have a couple dranks real quick. Tell my girl about it later.’“
Up until now, the R&B singer has kept silent about the beef between Tyga and Drake.
He said he chose to keep quiet because he didn’t want to give the “Trophies” rapper any more attention.
“We’re not getting no check from talking about dude,” said Brown.
“We’re giving him all this pub. We’re us. I can’t keep making these motherf—— famous. I’m responsible for reviving a lot of careers.”
Tyga on Amber Rose defending Blac Chyna:
“They’re good friends, and she’s entitled to her opinion, just as I’m entitled to my opinion and my life.
So if it’s my decision to hang around and be with Kylie, that’s my decision.
I wouldn’t say nothing disrespectful to her, ’cause I got respect for Wiz, and I wouldn’t want nobody to come up here and disrespect my baby mama.”
Tyga on Kylie Jenner:
“I do it for myself. I speak what I feel in my heart, and if I wanna express that, I’m gonna express that at that time.
If I wanna express it later in life, I’m gonna do it later. I just feel like it’s nobody’s business.
If I love her and I love her as a person, that’s me. Ain’t nobody else gotta deal with that or worry about that.“
Chris later took to Instagram to clarify the above statement.
