It was a tough battle, but the Golden State Warriors prevailed over the Cleveland Cavs to claim the 2015 NBA championship title.
As you could imagine, the atmosphere in the Cleveland Cavaliers locker room after Game 6 of the NBA Finals had a much different feel than their Western Conference counterpart.
While it is hard to argue that he could have done any more to help bring his franchise closer to their first NBA title, LeBron James’ contributions weren’t enough to lift Cleveland to the top of the mountain in the basketball world.
Naturally, all of the media in attendance at Quicken Loans Arena wanted to get a word in with James following the Warriors series-clinching win at Quicken Loans Arena on Tuesday night as, for the fourth time in his career, LeBron has come up short on the league’s biggest stage.
James shared plenty of deep thoughts with the media during his time on the podium as, in addition to breaking down the series from his viewpoint, LeBron talked about how he hopes that the franchise can continue to move in the right direction going forward so that they can reach this stage, once again, and have another chance to capture the Larry O’Brien Trophy.
