The tension between Lil Wayne and Birdman is heating up.

In the meantime, Wayne has been keeping busy. He wrapped up his Release Partiez tour for Sorry 4 the Wait 2 a few months ago and just released more music with the Free Weezy Album.

During a club appearance for Jim Jones’s birthday at LIV in Miami, he held a special performance when something unexpected happened.

In the following video below, you can see someone from Birdman’s entourage allegedly throw liquor or water at Lil Wayne getting drenched onstage Sunday night but everyone says Birdman is the culprit, but it looks like lots of people got soaked during the melee, including Birdman himself.

As we reported, Wayne was onstage at LIV Nightclub in Miami, and as he rapped about his gripes with Cash Money the liquid hits the stage, appearing to douse him.

It seems like people in the crowd are also throwing cups of what we’re told is primarily vodka, and some squarely in the direction of Birdman.

An audience member captured the aftermath in a video posted online, which showed several partygoers pointing to Birdman as the culprit as others called him out by name.

Wezzy simply looked in the direction of the Cash Money Records co-founder and CEO, shaking his head and shrugging his shoulders.

This isn’t the first confrontation between Birdman and Lil Wayne at Liv (which is basically a celebrity fight club at this point). They reportedly almost came to blows back in February after Wayne said something homophobic.

The club ended up closing before either side could take things further,
