Wiz Khalifa On Instagram & Twitter: All Good After Hoverboard Arrest & Scuffle

Wiz Khalifa was caught on camera getting arrested by at least 6 airport officers because they told him to get off his Smart Balance Wheel and he refused.

Wiz Khalifa just performed in Finland (August 21), but he ran into some trouble when he arrived back in the U.S. and landed at LAX. The “See You Again” rapper just tweeted,

“All because I didn’t want to ditch the technogy everyone will be using in the next 6 months. Do what you want kids.”

“You can’t do nothin’ anyway. What you gonna do, put me in jail because I didn’t listen to what you say?,

We can have all the conversations you want to.

We can end up on TMZ, you can become as famous as you want to be,”

he asks the group of officers before the 13-second clip ends.

A further video of the incident, whose time stamp reads that it was taken at 3:56 pm PT, shows Khalifa being slammed to the ground on his stomach by three police officers yelling, “Stop resisting!”

Khalifa doesn’t appear to be resisting at all in the video, and is shown lying still on the ground, calmly replying, “I’m not resisting, sir,” as the trio of cops continue to yell “stop resisting” at him whilst cuffing him and applying pressure to his back.

“Haven’t been slammed and cuffed in a while. That was fun.”

He then shared a picture of six police officers pinning him to the ground and holding his arms against his back.

“I stand for our generation and our generation is gonna be riding hover boards so if you don’t like it eat a di*k!” he added.

“I got some awesome weed and a bad one to roll it for me so it’s all good.”

“When one user commented, “Over a damn hoverboard? Haha that’s hilarious!”

Wiz replied,

“What’s even funnier than them not bein able to do sh*t is they’ll be riding them soon as well. Maybe ones I design.”

He’s no longer in custody, as he’s now tweeting, and he continues to share details about the violent experience.
