Rick Ross Indicted For Pistol-Whipping Groundskeeper

Rick Ross has been reportedly indicted.

In June of 2015, Rick Ross was arrested on charges of assault, battery and kidnapping for an incident that took place at his Atlanta-area home, and involved him allegedly pistol whipping his groundskeeper.

However, Ross’s lawyer Steve Sadow believes he will beat the case.

He claims that gardener Jonathan Zamudio was having a cocaine party in a guest house on Ross’s estate, and that Ross’s violence toward Zamudio was a self-defense reaction to that.

Ross is facing several charges including possession of a firearm while committing a crime, aggravated assault, aggravated batter, and kidnapping.

A date for the trial has not been set yet, and details of this story are still developing so stay tuned in for updates!
